High Precision Shower Coating Machine PVC Floor Laminating Machine

The curtain coating machine (coating equipment, curtain curtain machine) is professionally designed and manufactured for the top coating and color change of flat profiles such as bamboo and wood floors, PVC gussets, furniture countertops, etc. The coating surface is flat and uniform, without horizontal stripes. The coating cloth wheel and conveyor belt are manually adjusted, and the distance can be adjusted according to material thickness. It is accurate and easy to operate.

Two (or one) coating wheels and conveying use separate DC speed-regulating motors, and the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily (double-roll coating according to customer needs, double-roller forward or double-roller forward and reverse) to make the paint thickness and surface smoothness higher and easier to control. The treated paint film has a smooth surface, good plumpness, no build-up of paint before and after, achieving almost the same effect as spray coating but with reduced topcoat thickness, which greatly decreases topcoat usage.
