Product Overview
This customizable automatic wood grain laminating machine is engineered for applying decorative wood-grain patterns, PVC films, melamine paper, or veneer onto various board substrates in a continuous, high-efficiency process. Available in wide-format board, roll-to-board continuous, and multi-layer PVC embossing configurations.
The system is fully customizable in board width, laminating speed, heating method, and automation level. It uses heat-activated adhesives combined with precisely controlled pressure rollers to bond decorative films firmly to substrates, producing durable, wood-like decorative panels with smooth, wear-resistant, moisture-proof surfaces.
Working Principle: Substrates (MDF, particleboard, plywood, etc.) are coated with adhesive, passed through a heating section to activate the adhesive, then laminated with decorative film under pressure from heated rollers. The laminated surface can be further enhanced with embossing rolls for realistic wood grain texture or UV curing for added durability.
